Hi Christian - fantastic product!! I have a collection of large vids ranging between 4 and 25Gb and for some reason, VideoSaver only ever plays the first vid in the play list. If I replace them with a selection of small vids, they all play perfectly. Any clues please? Many thanks.

If you go to the playlist, do you have an exclamation mark icon in front of the videos that didn't play? If yes, double-click on the video to show the error message.
