Normally the shortcuts for games is working great. However, in some games, such as Star Wars Galaxies or Ultima Online, running the actual game might be a succession of .exe files down the road. For instance, with Ultima Online, UOAssisst calls a UOPatcher program before the actual client.exe runs. In Star Wars Galaxies, a Launchpad program runs before the SWG game itself does. I have not found a way to actually have the 2nd monitor turn on and off in these situations.

UltraMon shortcuts currently can't handle this type of situation, you'll need to manually disable/enable secondary monitors.
You can do this easily from the UltraMon menu, or by double-clicking the UltraMon icon (after changing the double-click action under Options > Customization).
