Hi folks,
I have a Thinkpad T30 with a Dock II docking station. I have been trying to add a PCI video card to the docking station to get a dual monitor setup (PCI + built-in Radeon 7500).
Old S3 Stealth and a Matrox Mystique had no luck, so I bought a PNY GeForce FX 5200 PCI dual-head from Fry's, thinking this would definitely work!
Well, it does sort of work, except that while I'm working, the screen tends to go all BLACK for about 3 seconds, and when it comes back, it is a corrupted image.
Has anybody got this type of setup working?
Is there a PCI video card that will definitely work with a Thinkpad T30 + Windows 2000 & the Dock II?
