I run an Nvidia Quadro4 900XGL... it supports overlays on both monitors... the problem is that any video i play, using any player, when played at fullscreen gets badly interlaced (fields are all screwy) on my secondary monitor (SGI F180 lcd) at normal size video is fine, and always fine on primary monitor (crt)... its just when at fullscreen on the LCD no settings seem to change anything
i've heard this can happen when you change from the LCD's native resolution... but i havent
any ideas?

Yes, LCD screens can look bad at anything other than their native resolution.

yes... as i said, its at its native res... i never change it... but it does work when i change it to 1024x768, which is SMALLER than the LCDs native res (1280x1024)

You haven't changes the monitor's native resolution, but does the video app change the output resolution when it goes to full screen mode, like some games do?

i dont know.. media player, powerdvd, etc... they all do it far as i know they are just resizing, not changing the resolution and as far as i can remember, i never used to have this problem i think it might have started when i installed new Nvidia drivers.. but i've reinstalled to several older versions and its still there so i dont know
