hi i have three cards and the problem is that whole some cards have to be primary. well i was wondering if there was a way to bypass it with bootleg drivers or something.

If you have 3 cards, then two of them must be able to work without being initialized first, so you might need to get a new video card if you have more than one that needs to be initialized first.
If the cards are different, you can try switching PCI slots to see if it makes a difference.

Try changing your BIOS setting to PCI first rather than AGP. I know that works for some older cards.

Steve: The problem is that he has 2 PCI cards (and an AGP card), and both PCI cards need to be initialized first. Of course, only one card can be initialized first, so the second PCI card (or ideally both) has to be one that doesn't need to be initialized first.

I feel your pain.. I ended up geting some new hardware and got a dual head AGP card and use a PCI card for the other monitor.. I have the PCI card initialize first..
