Hey,
I just found out that my gforce 3 cant do dual monitors as I thought so. I was advised to get a pci card to run my other monitor but a friend of mine says that because I do a lot of 3D that i need to get one good graphic card and not a pci.. is this true? is pci too slow for work in maya?

I have found that with my PCI card it is a little slower for 3D stuff

i'm kinda in the same boat. i've got a geforce2ti. and do 3d.
Just wondering what you're gonna do from here, and what tips and where to go..
