I am using Outlook 2002 (XP). I always have Outlook on the secondary monitor, but often the taskbar entry is displayed on the primary monitor's taskbar. is this a known issue? No other application behave this way...

I've had a report from another user with the reverse problem, Outlook on the primary monitor and the taskbar button occasionally on the secondary.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to reproduce this issue.
If you find a way to consistently reproduce the issue, let me know and I'll look into it. I would also suggest installing 2.2 when it becomes available, several changes have been made to the Smart Taskbar (although nothing Outlook-specific).
