I have a bar to the left of my primary screen. It's the same blue information bar that pops up when you go to my documents folder, but it's on my desktop. I can't get it to go away. any ideas? When I go to Display properties and customize desktop, I do not have web page display checked. When I go to Ultramon wallpaper setup, I have none checked, but i still have webshots wallpaper showing.
Any ideas to get rid of the blue information bar?

FYI: I have 2.2.19 ultramon running Win XP 1 gig RAM, 1.8 Intel IV.

Might be the Windows language bar, you can disable it by right-clicking the Windows taskbar and unchecking Toolbars > Language bar.
