Underneath the monitor section of the device manager, my computer lists two default monitors and a plug and play monitor. Also, if I let the laptop idle without the other monitor connected, then connect and enable the second monitor, the laptop monitor goes dark. Not off, but instead so dark that the only way I can make anything out on it is to shine a lamp directly on it. When both monitors are working, I used to get a full screen of any video I was watching on the laptop in Realplayer, but now it doesn't. I've sent it to Dell twice and they sent it back, so now I need someone to actually help me. Thanks.
