look PCI bus is design by the manufacturer is Driver driven.
If you are using SIS chipset do this !
Change the motherboard to another mainboard.
Cause my Quadro setup with this Chipset SUCKS !
Asus P4SDX and P4S8X are the 2 board involved
Change to Via or Intel.
