Everytime I launch a game, beit opengl software or D3D something disables my second monitor.
This is even with games running in both fullscreen and windowed mode regardless.
It just started happening recently out of the seemingly blue.

I don't know, since I don't use games, but maybe if you tell people what video card you have, they might be able to come up with an answer.

I'm using an ATI Radeon 9600 pro (Sapphire built) and I'm using the latest Catalysts (3.7)

Typically, the second monitor won't work with games, there are a scarce few that do, so I wouldn't consider it a problem. Also, I've noticed that often you can't move to the other desktop during a game regardless, so its not really an issue their either. Just enjoy 2 monitors when you can and game like you've always done!!
