Anybody else have this problem, I have to have one turned off to play a dvd

Not me. I'm able to play both in my primary (dvi) and secondary (vga) just fine. I can transition while it's playing though there is a 1 second delay/pause when that happens for the video to resynchronize.
I'm running winxp sp1, with ultramon 2.1 on 2 pivoted lcd monitors.
