In case anyone's interested, Shuttle makes a mini-sized computer with dual-VGA outputs. The video type is NVidia Geforce4 MX.
SN41G2 (Silver) and SN41G2B (Black)
Too bad they're not DVI outputs. Of course, many of the shuttle computers have AGP slots, including this one, so you can put in your own dual-DVI card if you want. Just make sure the power supply can handle the video card you use.
