I have a Compaq Evo N610c running Windows 2000. The ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 can run the laptop display plus an external monitor with no problem. I'm not able to find the "Extend Desktop" feature, though, so I can have different windows shown on each display. Can anyone help?

I have exactly the same problem. Have you found a solution yet?

I Have a Fujitsu Lifebook E-7010 And have the same problem. Clone works fine, but unable to extend the desktop. Can't even find the option for extended desktop. Drivers are ok, Hydravision also succesfully installed, but only the laptop display selectable. I do have a the message in the display settings (were i change the screen resolution) "Multiple monitors on ATI mobility 7500"

ATI doesn't have Windows 2000 drivers with multi-monitor support for their older cards. Also see the FAQ for more on this issue.
