Being that people whom come to this forum are using multiple monitors. Does any one know a great price on a 19 monitor? Not refurbished and a 3 year warranty is a must.

No, but 19" monitors show up in local stores all the time for around $120. I don't know about the warranty. Probably only 1 year on those.
Check www.salescircular.com and bensbargains.net regularly for deals.
