P: Scan display ports didn't detect the second monitor.
S: The monitors I tried (Belinea 103070 and Samsung 95Pplus) weren't properly plug and play it seems. My Dell P990 works without problems. I have my dell connected to the secondary port and the Belinea to the first now. Both are recognized by Windows as Dell P990s, which doesn't seem to cause any problems (both monitors support my desired refresh rate and resolution of 1024x768x16@100Hz). I set the secondary port to be my primary monitor, which works fine, except POST shows on the secondary monitor of course.
I do have some hickups from time to time, i.e. quick tearing or the secondary going black for a fraction of a second. It happens only rarely and is barely noticeable - any ideas what might be the cause?
