I have a simple 2 monitor setup, using the Matrox G450 AGP card.
All I need to know is if it is possible to add toolbars to my second monitor? If here is one on my promary monitor (monitor 1) and I try anc click and drag it across to the 2nd monitor, it won't appear on that taskbar, but rather on a separate bar above it.
But I can get that toolbar to appear anywhere on that second monitor, except on the taskbar.
