My Quick Launch Taskbar icons change sporatically. I'm using win XP with 128 meg dual monitor card.
Every once in a while, my secondary monitor gets corrupted (multiple columns of the same portion of a screen) and I have to reboot to clear this.
Last bug is when I close programs, sometimes on the task bar, the program name still remains.

Make sure you are using the latest 2.3 version, the issue with remaining taskbar buttons should be fixed.
I don't know what would cause the other two issues, these are most likely not related to UltraMon. Screen corruption is most likely a video card driver issue.
