Suddenly its like the monitor that inits as Primary has switched to the DVI port, when it was the VGA port for days. Is there any way to change this? I don't want my primary on the left yet if I change it now in ultramon it flashing correct for a split second then goes back to the incorrect way.

What happens if you change the primary monitor using Windows Display Properties?

Ihad this problem a while back on a new windows xp pro install using a generic ati 9200 card. I updated the latest driver set an everthing worked after that, so all I can say is check your drivers
