Ultramon (2.4) does not load consistently at boot time. I have several boot-time loads (antivirus, battery backup, firewall, etc.). They all appear, but some times Ultramon has to be started "by hand". A minor bug for what is otherwise a great program.

Please let me know what the other startup applications are, you can use msconfig.exe to get the list of startup applications (Startup tab).

The problem has ceased. I changed antivirus programs recently and it appears that it may have been the culprit. Sorry about that.

my system is just the opposite ultramon is first to bed down on my system but for some reason my other programs have never loaded up in the same order twice, making my pc lagg a little right before the last proggy starts, and then I can't just start up anything for about 10 seconds or so after windows boots, which amazingly my pc boots in about 19 seconds straight, I guess its just that I have crappy memory

Same problem here. Ultramon will load up sometime and sometime I have to manually start it. Im running latest version with NAV 2004 Pro.

Thanks

Try the delay-load script mentioned in this thread, most likely this will fix the problem.
