It would be nice if this existed as part of UltraMon (the most wonderful program ever!):
It would be a screen saver that is part of UltraMon. It would have the ability to display random pictures from specified folders or have a seperate UltraMon picture folder that could automatically sync up with assigned folders. IMPORTANT: Newer pictures would come up more often. As they get older, they are displayed a more equal number of times with other photos. Pressing keys on the number pad could also assign a pic a certain value, so that it displays more often (similar to rating a song on your iPod). [If you have four monitors, for example, and you want to give a pic a 7, you would press the 7 key, but if it were on the third monitor, you would press it 3 times. A little notation could accompany the monitor that the selection passes to each time you press it, for example.] Check out the Mac picture screen saver to see how it should take really high res images and then zoom in on them and move around; it is truely impresive.
