have been running 2 17" adi monitors on the ati radeon 9000 card at 1024 x 768 @ 75htz no problems. have just brought 2 19" trinitron dell monitors which i am trying to run at 1280 x 1024 @ 85htz, the monitor that is connected to the dvi socket via the dvi to analog adapter appears to go slightly out of focus every few seconds more noticable with web pages with lots of writting ie forums. i have swapped the monitors round and the same thing happens on the other monitor so it doesn't appear to be the monitors is it that the radeon card isn't good enough to run this refresh rate / resolution or is it something else i am using the latest catylist drives from ati think the 9000 card is a couple of years old. any help much appreciated.

I sure hope its not that bad... That's exactly the same rig im upgrading to now...
Im loosing my 9100 supporting my second card to get a 9000 with dual ramdacs so I can run 2 19s at that exact res/refresh...

I bought a 9200SE a few days ago and I'm having the samne problem. I'm running 2xCRT monitors, so I have a DVI/VGA adaptor for my 2nd monitor. The monitor conected to the DVI/VGA adaptor seems just out of focus, and no matter what combination of resolutions or refresh rates i try, it looks the same! Can any help?

keith..time to upgrade your vid card. thats pushing the limits of your little radeon i'm afraid.

Hmm, i have Gigabyte Radeon 9000 Pro, using dual Samsung's Trinitrons. No problem at all! Be sure to check proper setting in Catalysts.

Does anyone have this problem too..I've been having it for a while now.
THe secondary (DVI to Analog) monitor is blurry or out of focus.
