When i try to use the screensaver utility, i set the 2 screensavers and hit ok, if i go right back into it, the settings aren't set. It just resets it's self back to black screens. Help please...

Do you have the same problem with other settings you have changed, for example in UltraMon Options?
If yes, check if you have write access to the registry key 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Realtime Soft\UltraMon' and subkeys.
To do this, open regedit.exe, right-click the key and select Permissions, then check if you have Full Control over the key.
