Let's take the CRT first. I have a Samsung 957DF monitor at the moment, and I planned to buy 2 more 957MB (same as 957DF but name is different) because they are very cheap and good monitors.
The question is, how much interfereance they take from eachother? My table space is limited, but I can fit 3 19" side-by-side. So should I be worried, if I put them together with no space betwen?
And I have now a 9800pro sapphire. What secondary PCI card is the best for surround gaming (most fps)? My mobo is NF7-s v2.0 and I planned to buy club3d 9200 128Mb. I juse XP Pro, and primary and left monitor attached to 9800pro and then 3rd right would then be connected to 9200. Or then i should put the two monitors on 9200 and primary to 9800pro if I needed to clone the primary to tv-out?

oh...and does ATI support Open GL And Direct3D on multiple monitors?
I mean if it does not and nvidia does, is there then a better card to replace the 9200 club3d?

And what about mixing ATI and Nvidia, will there be any software/driver issues?

damn...I found old quake 1 from a CD =D
And tested the GLQuake in window mode. And it worked just fine on secondary monitor. So I suppose OpenGL works in window mode on other than primary monitor =D

At home and at work, I have a pair of 17" CRT monitors right next to each other, and there is no interference (except during the degauss at monitor power-up), but it depends on the monitors. Also, all 4 of monitors in my situation are different brands. All 4 monitors are set to 1024x768, and I think they're all at 85.hz.

For comparison, if I put a small AC powered fan near the monitors, the images start to wobble.
