I worked at Appian for 6 years. there was never a multiple monitor driver for Win 3.x -- the OS is completely incapable (to any sane degree) of supporting multiple monitors. Appian never supported multiple monitors on the Win3.x platform, only multiple monitors for DOS apps out at the time (auto cad, etc)
