Since I installed a CreativeLabs Geforce2 MX (PCI) as secondary card WindowsME hangs during shutdown or Reboot so that a reset is necessary.
With Win2000 this problem doesn't occur.
Primary card is a Elsa Gladiac Geforce2 GTS 32MB (AGP).

The same problem occurs with a Hercules 3D Prophet Geforce2 Pro 64MB (AGP) as primary card and a Nvidia Riva TNT2 M64 32MB (PCI)

How can this be solved?

Thx, Damien.

I think this was a problem with some versions of the Nvidia reference drivers. Which one are you using?

I use the Detonator 3 V6.50 drivers for both cards.

I just tested on my system, same problem with WinMe and 6.50 drivers, using a TNT2 and a TNT.

Don't know if later drivers work better...

The problem I have with my system is that it wont restart but shutdown works properly. I donwloaded detonator 650 but not its not installed yet I'm still using 631. I was starting to believe that my problem was with both cards being on the same IRQ, but it seems that it might be a NVIDIA problem.
