Hello. I have 2 monitors running, and the 2nd monitor has a taskbar but its blank. My friend's computers have windows taskbars (with start button, quicklaunch, system tray, clock) how can i make the taskbar to become like the primary one but without the programs that are on 1st monitor? In other words, its "like a new computer"... like the monitor has its own separate set of applications running while the other has its own. Thanks.

UltraMon does that, and I think there are other programs that do that to.

As histroy message(with start button, quicklaunch, system tray, clock), I didn't see UltraMon provide different start button in different monitor. How can I get start button in different monitor?

You can't have a second START button. But you can have a taskbar on the second monitor that shows the programs that are running on that monitor. You can also have a quick-launch bar on the second monitor, which can be used to start programs.
