Yes - Dell supply Geforce FX5200 low profile cards for their Optiplex range. They have 128Mb RAM and are supplied with both a dual DVI splitter or a dual VGA. I use mine with dual DVI to run two Dell 2000fp LCD screens at 1600x1200 each. You can buy this card from Dell Spares.
Make sure you get the part for the SD / SFF (Small Dekstop / Small Form Factor) optiplex models - or you'll get a half-height card with a full sized bracket, = no good.
Mine cost £145 in the UK which is expensive, but hey.
