It allows PCI+PCI dual monitors but not AGP+PCI on any cards...
Tried to initialize both AGP and PCI in the bios but neither work.
Is this a problem with the motherboard? If so, which motherboard do you recommened i upgrade to...
I have intel celeron 2.4ghz

Could be the motherboard, could be the drivers, could be the video cards. Have you tried updating the motherboard BIOS, and have you also tried using a different slot for the PCI card?

Where can I update the motherboard bios?
I'm using Phoenix Bios, and the places i found on google.com doesnt really help...

The motherboard manufacturer's web site is where you go to get BIOS update. There will be a specific BIOS for your specific motherboard.
