Hi,

i am currently running multiple monitors. i have 4 pc 's and currently they are all on a KVM and multiple monitor funtionaslity is only on 1 of the pc's.

i have dual head cards in two of the others and two spare KVM switches and i want to use one of my spare KVM's to switch the second monitor.

my problem is that none of my KVMS's will funtion unless they see at least one keyboard connection.

is there any way of spliting the ps2 keyboard port so i could so i could egt the signal to both KVM'S

or mabye there is a way i can 'fake' a keyboard ps2 signal so the KVM will power up?

help please!!!

what ?? .......you can actually do that ??

What i did for my three monitor setup, was to use the cheaper KVM's, the manual data switch kind. much easier to use for multiple monitor setups. i have four port switches, but only two computers, it works well enough.
