when using windows media player on secondary monitor, and i click full screen it used monitor one...this problem just recently occured, it used to just use the second monitor... i dont know how to fix it, someone plz help

Use a better media player. Zoom Player is free (for non-DVD stuff), skinnable and has the best multi monitor support I've found.
Alternatively, BsPlayer is not bad and ViPlay used to let you render *across* multiple monitors (thats what I call Widescreen) although it couldn't use overlays when doing so and hence would eat your processor to death.
