I used different wallpaper for each monitor. When I hide the desktop icons, the wallpaper switch among monitors and when I unhide the icons, the wallpaper switch back to original location. Is there any way I can avoid this?

To refresh the wallpaper for the new configuration, select Wallpaper from the UltraMon menu, you will then be asked if the wallpaper should be adjusted for the new configuration.
This is necessary because hiding the desktop icons enables the Active Desktop.
This could also be automated with a batch file, to do this run UltraMonDesktop.exe (in the UltraMon installation directory) with the /refresh command-line argument:
UltraMonDesktop.exe /refresh
