I have a 1998 PC running Win XP Home. Apparently my graphics card ids AGP2. Can I simply purchase any AGP card and plug two monitiors in? Or do I need a PCI card as well?

If it has dual output you can run two monitors. If it doesn't you need the PCI. I'm running both of mine from 1 GF4400. Getting a PCI 5200 to run the third monitor...;)
