Seems like the second monitor is not capable of overlay support.
Is this is a software, driver or hardware reason?
I have an old Askey bt848 tuner and a dual on- board nVidia video card and am running WinME with directx 9.0.
Will upgrading to WinXP fix this problem or is it a limitation of the hardware?
Also, when I setup to mirror mode with nVidia software, I can display overlay (tuner) on primary and on secondary the overlay is shown in fullscreen. Quality seems poor. If I minimize or cover up (with window), the overlay on the primary, the picture freezes on the secondary. Any ideas?
