I get only black and wihte signal to my tv when using twin view option clone or extended. I set jumpers to pal standard from the card and everything else should be as they should be. I have tested card with 2 tv's. I use s-vhs->scart cable between card and tv. Monitor screen is ok.
I downloaded new drivers from Asus but it didn't help. Picture is still b/w.

Did you try PAL-B and PAL-G in configuration dialog?
