Everytime there is two (active) users logged in at the same time, my desktop icons get stuck on one monitor. If I drag the icon to the second monitor, it's moveded back on the primary monitor when I release it.

I've noticed this as well with Windows XP SP2, if two users are logged in you may no longer be able to move desktop icons to secondary monitors.
This seems to be an issue with Windows though, you'll have the same problem without UltraMon running.
