Multiple Head video card(more than one VGA or DVI connector) and monitors with matching connectors. The latest drivers for that card.
If you get multiple video cards then just get the latest drivers for each. and the cables to hook up the monitors. Windows should have the software just do to simple multiple monitor stuff but if you are looking to maximize your "multimonitor experience" then ultramon is the best.
