hello all. i don't know if it's possible but i want to bind my email client to my second monitor, meaning every time i open it, it shows up on the second monitor instead of the primary monitor. Last time all i had to do was send the app to the other monitor and it would stay but after i reinstalled it hasn't been working this way. any help would be welcomed.

If you have a shortcut to the application, right click on go to the furthest right tab and it will give you options to change default monitor after you click the box that says "Use custom settings". I think that should do it for you.
