Since buying my laptop, I have wanted to use my old CRT monitor to play games on.
In my display properties it wont allow me to select the second monitor as the primary monitor.
Would UltraMon allow me to do this?

UltraMon won't help with this.
Unfortunately this is a common issue with laptops, the drivers for the video chipset usually prevent setting the external monitor as primary.
