UltraMon rocks! I'm trying to figure out how to maximize an application across two displays. If I hit 'maximize' it maximizes to one display and if I hit the <> button it spans the displays but is NOT maximized. Ideas?

By default, UltraMon will make sure that the desktop-maximized window is not covered by toolbars such as the taskbars.

If you want the window to get maximized across the full desktop, go to UltraMon Options > General and uncheck 'take taskbars into account when maximizing to the desktop'.
