ok guys i gave away my back up sys minus the 2 monitors that are just colecting dust now. what i need to know is what pci card will work with my ati 9700 pro "powercolor".
im running 2 kds 19 inch monitors on the 9700 pro now but want to add atleast 1 more to it i have a 19 kds and 17 viewsonic colecting dust.
$ is not the problem i can speed atlest $500 or so on a video card.
im starting to think im beating a dead horse with the ati cards when wanting 3 or more moniters.
im a gamer but dont expect games to run on multi monitors "that would be nice if they did" but i would like them to work with web browsing, tv card and junk like that.
i have a voodoo 3 pci in the wife's sys that i can grab will that work? im trying to talk her in to letting me upgrade hers but no luck so far so and cant try it till i replace it.
or am i better off just starting over and getting somthing like nvida cards?

thanx for any advice

i know it will not work with my ati card so now i have to find a card that will work with it.
any one try a fx5700pci card yet and if so what agp card would be a good match to put with it?

Apollo FX5700LE PCI scored 1700 in 3dmark 03 at stock on my intel 2.4c@3.0ghz. 5700 ultra or better would be a good AGP card to pair it with.

and it will not run 3 monitors on horizontal span, since nvidia cannot do that

Sadly, I've tried THREE PCI cards with my AIW 9800 pro and It seems we're Sh*t out of luck. AIW DOES NOT work correctly with ANY other cards as far as I have seen/read/heard
