Ok, I finally got everything working right. I got TV working with an ATI AIW 9600, and got dual monitors working right. It took all day to figure out, but it is worth it.
I have a DIY MCE2K5 PC running Kram's 4.8 catalyst driver with Kram's 4.10 other drivers. I ended up installing the 4.8 pack and then updating the WDM drivers individually. It may be ugly, but it works like a charm. :) I also have Ultramon running for the dual monitors. The reason for the 4.8 cats is that the 4.9 cats are the ones that broke the dual monitor support. I discovered this by doing a clean install and updating the drivers one..at..a..time from 4.5 to 4.10 and found that 4.9 stopped the multi monitors from working.
