I have the option 'Hide inactive icons' on to view selected tay icons all the time and hide others... The problem is that when starting windows i can't get the expand button so that i can se hidden tray-icons. After logoff and login again it works as normal. Not sure if this can be related to UltraMon. Also somtimes i loose all "app-buttons" on the windows-taskbar. Guess this is UltraMon! I NEVER had any problems under SP1. (not using any theme by the way) Also I would like to throw in a feature request; Tray icons on 2nd taskbar?! and perhaps support grouping?!
Bugreport: The UltraMon taskbar is about 1-2 pixels to high with no theme under WinXP!

Most likely that's an issue with Windows, I've seen this occasionally as well, but don't remember if it was with or without UltraMon running.
I haven't noticed any specific issues with the Smart Taskbar with SP2, let me know if you find out more, for example it always happens when launching a specific application or doing something specific.
As a workaround, right-click the UltraMon taskbar and select Refresh from the menu.
Both feature requests will be considered for UltraMon 3.
Regarding taskbar height: with classic style, a single row UltraMon taskbar will only have the same height as a single row Windows taskbar if the Windows taskbar has the language bar enabled.
