There is a [URL=https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=221196]221196[/URL] involving WindowsXP, Firefox and multiple display setup.
On that site it was reported as Matrox cards specific bug, but I've seen reports with other videocards.
Since here is a multiple display community, you will probably have higher interest in having the bug resolved.
The bug is present in Firefox, Thunderbird and Mozilla suite. It's still in the final 1.0 version of firefox.
The bug looks like bellow (shot taken in Mozilla):

Whats the problem? its off the top of the screen? thats an easy fix. In the task bar, right click, move, hit an arrow key (up, down, left, right doesnt matter which) then move the mouse
