not sure how it happened but the task bar from monitor 2 is now on monitor 1, running vertical on the right side.
i have been unable to move it back to monitor 2.
i can't seem to move it around unlike the main taskbar on monitor 1 (primary). All i can do at this point is expand the width.
any suggestions/instructions is greatly appreciated.

Quite litterly, just drag it back on to the other monitor
