I would love to see the ability to have each monitor be a different desktop, with the ability to switch between them as hotkeys. This would make it really great for playing games while chatting. If this is already possible, please drop me an email and let me know.

Would you want to be able to move the mouse out of a game without the game getting minimized?
I'm going to look into this for UltraMon 3, but don't know yet if it's actually possible.

I would think that this would need to be based on keyboard (shortcut) rather than mouse movement. I dunno if it is possible, but I run most games at same resolution as desktop, so my secondary display is exactly the same even after I start most games. I keep my email & IM client there. It would be nifty if you could hit a shortcut and be in the other window without any impact on your primary window.
But as you say, this might not be possible. Still, sounds cool. :)
