Hi there i am trying to install a second monitor for the first time. I have a AGP NIVDIA GEFORCE FX 5200 card and a SIS 315_315E PCI card.

If i set the AGP card as the intial display in the BIOS the monitor connected to the AGP works fine but when i try and extend the desktop to the PCI monitor it flickers and changes color rapidly, and if i move the mouse on to it, it shows as a square.

If i set the PCI card as the intial display in the BIOS, the monitor connected to the PCI card works fine but nothing appears on the AGP monior.
I can see the AGP in the device manager but nothing appears on the monitor.

I am using WINDOWSXP PRO
Mother Board QDI Superb 4lEV2.0
Pentium 4 2.66GHZ
768 MB RAM
Any Help would be greatly apprecitated.

JANE

I'd probably get rid of the SIS card. Does the NVidia card have dual outputs? If so, use them.
