hi i have one normal monitor and i have this small tv monitor 7 inch and i have an graphic card with a tv out and my question is that i would like to hook up the the monitors 2gether and have diffrent things running on diffrent monitors but on the smae operation system ?

Depends on your video card, if it's a dualhead card and supports running both a monitor and TV at the same time, it should work fine.
