I wanted to Tile windows (Horizontally or Vertically) on the secondary display ONLY. The secondary display task bar supplied by ultramon does not have these option at all and the primary display task bar tile option repositioned all windows on both displays.

That's currently not supported, this feature is planned for UltraMon 3 though.
