It depends on the video cards, and what you have them doing, and what else is in the system.
If you have a pair of low-end video cards (or even 4 or 5 low-end video cards), and you are just displaying office apps on all the monitors on your 2.Ghz CPU, with one or two 7,200 RPM hard drive, then it should work fine.
If you have high-end video cards, and are running intensive 3D on all outputs, and are also running your 4.Ghz CPU hot due to all the CPU power required, and have a set of four 10,000 RPM hard drives being constantly accessed, while your burning a DVD, and capturing video, then probably not.
